Survivors include his wife, Nancy Fertig of Lake View children: Cindi Fertig of Lake View, LuAnn Kennebeck of Wall Lake, Lori Huffman of Newell, and Norm Fertig of Stanton, MI 15 grandchildren: Jeremy, Amber, C. Deerfield Theresa Adele (Alcott) Emery, age 93, of Deerfield, died on September 16, 2020, at Hospice of Lenawee. Jim loved riding motorcycles and spending time with his family and friends. Baumhardt, Adela ElizabethAn independent spirit, with a passion for creativity and lifelong learning were hallmarks of Adela's life. Alyene Babski of Enterprise, Alabama passed away Monday, September 26, 2022. Jim was a farmer by heart, he loved the farm life and was a Jack of all Trades. To this union five children were born: Cindi, Jimmy Dale, LuAnn, Lori, and Norm. On October 11, 1958, Jim was united in marriage to Nancy Blair in the Little Brown Church in Nashua, IA. He grew up in Sac City where he graduated from Sac City High School with the class of 1958. and Lillian (Barthman) Fertig in Sac City, IA. Terri was born on Jand passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019.
